Ocean Property Managed Motels Voted As Top 4 in the
"Best Motels on the Jersey Shore" Contest

Wildwoods By-the-Sea, NJ: During the past month, thousands of visitors to the Jersey shore went on-line to vote for their favorite businesses, beaches and motels on the Jersey Shore. The top four motels, based on the Fox Philadelphia "best motels on the Jersey Shore" polling, are managed by the resort's largest and most experienced management company, Ocean Property Management.

The winning Ocean Property managed motels included the Crossings in Ocean City, and the Diplomat, Four Winds, and Monterey Motels in the Wildwoods By-the-Sea. These family favorite vacation motels were selected for their service, accommodations and amenities by those who know best—the guests who return year after year for vacations at the properties.

All four of the winning lodging properties are condotels--condominium owned motels providing full motel services. They all offer a wide range of services typical of Ocean Property managed motels including real time on-line reservations, a wide choice of value vacation packages and family specials, monthly on-line guest newsletters, and other amenities like the very popular Ocean Property VIP Guest Card for discounts at some of the resort's finest restaurants, shops and entertainment.

At a meeting announcing the results of the Fox Philadelphia poll, Carolyn MacElrevey, president and a founder of Ocean Property Management, said the owners and staffs of the condotels can be very proud of this recognition.

"The owners are making the investments needed to maintain the high standard of accommodations that brings guests back year after year and even generation after generation," Carolyn noted," while the dedicated and experienced property managers and staff create the special, more intimate family atmosphere for which the Wildwoods By-the-Sea are becoming known nationwide and even in a growing international market."

For a quarter century, Ocean Property Management Corporation has stressed both cleanliness and an evolving menu of services in response to requests from the thousands of guests that make up what the company calls their "vacation family" at managed properties in the Wildwoods, Cape May, Sea Isle and Ocean City.

"This recent voting makes it obvious that people appreciate lodging properties that consistently stress those priorities," Carolyn MacElrevey said, "and we will be personally thanking our guests throughout the summer for their votes and support."
