CONDO SECURITY SERVICE

While you are away from your vacation home we are here to watch over your investment. We will set up a plan with you to check your property exterior, or exterior and interior, once a month, twice a month, or weekly. The plan is based on your needs.

We will be available to check your house after a storm and be able to report to you any damage, or just to let you know that your property is fine without you having to take a trip to the shore.

We can fix small problems for you, or on a larger scale, be able to oversee the work and report to you the progress.

Condo Security Service also offers a service to make sure your docks are the way you left them in the summer. Ice tends to pull pilings up and leaves you susceptible to loss of a dock. We can install bubblers that will keep the ice from forming around your docks.

We are your link to your summer home, if you ever need anything done, all you need to do is call, not waste a day coming down to Wildwood, and Condo Security Service will take care of your worry.
