Management background includes 18 years experience as manager of hotels owned by the principals and as regional manager of properties managed by Ocean Property Management Corporation. Has served in a full range of management positions including operation management, purchasing, contract services, personnel management and training, and executive positions with Ocean Property Management Corporation. Licensed New Jersey real estate broker. Registered nurse. Graduate of Cooley Dickinson Hospital School of Nursing (1962). Certified Pool Operator. Principal of Ocean Property Management Corporation for 12 years.

James H. Yost Partner and co-founder, Ocean Property Management Corporation. Management background includes more than 20 years experience as department head, executive committee and general manager level with Marriott Corporation, McIntosh Inns and Prime Hospitality Corporation at numerous limited and full service hotels in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California. Treasurer and Officer of New Jersey Hotel Lodging Association, 1996-2002, board members 1993-2002. Appointed to Board of Directors/Treasurer of Main Street Wildwood in 1999. Elected to Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2000, appointed Treasurer in 2003. Graduate of Michigan State University (1983) with a BA degree in Business Management and Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management. Awarded Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation by the American Hotel Motel Association in 1991.

Daniel H. MacElrevey Partner and co-founder, Ocean Property Management Corporation and Ocean Motels Corporation. Former owner of Granada Resort Motel, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey and Long Beach Lodge, North Wildwood, New Jersey. Management background includes 30 years experience in management and business administration with a wide range of management positions in the marine transportation industry in New York and Panama. Board member of Greater Wildwood Hotel Motel Association since 1988, President since 2001. Chair of Greater Wildwoods Tourism Alliance since 1990. President of the Doo Wop Preservation League 2004. Graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1963) with a BS degree in Marine Transportation.

Donna L. Yost Partner and co-founder, Ocean Property Management Corporation. Co-owner of Cape Tours, Inc. Management background includes more than 15 years experience as department head, executive committee and general manager level with Prime Hospitality Corporation at limited and full-service hotels in New Jersey and California. Has served in a full range of management positions including motel operations management, marketing and sales, personnel management and training, property manager and other executive positions with Ocean Property Management Corporation. Graduate Trenton State College (1987) with a BS degree in Psychology.
